Is my credit card information safe and secure when ordering at aromasensual.co.ukYes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone ever seeing your credit card number or information.
What are my payment options?We accept Paypal which includes most major credit cards.
Will my personal details be passed onto any other parties?No need to worry, we do not pass your details onto anyone. The information we collect is used for internal review only and is then discarded.
I'd like to place an order. When will I receive it and what are the delivery charges?Deliveries are normally made within 3 to 5 working days of an order (but no liability will be accepted for late deliveries. Postage and packing is automatically added at the order stage and is cost per order regardless of amount of items ordered. All our products are securely packaged to reach you in perfect condition.
Orders placed during weekends and Bank Holidays will be accounted for on the next working day.
We try to keep a regular update of stock, however, if you order something that is not in stock we will back order it for you and notify you of expected delivery via email. You can, of course, opt to have a refund if you prefer.
I'd like to buy something from Aromasensual but would like more details about it before I buy?You can either contact us by email at info@aromasensual.biz, or telephone Marilyn on 01664 852393 or Sue on 01543 672202 (between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm) and we'll do our very best to help. We have made every effort to display the products as accurately as possible, however, we are aware that colours and images may vary slightly according to the monitor they are viewed on.
What happens if the items I have ordered are damaged or broken?Great care is taken to ensure your purchase reaches you in perfect condition. If for some reason the items appear to be damaged on arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt quoting the order number, your name and address, and reason for return, and send the items to us at the above address and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Every effort is made to ensure that our products are made to the highest standard. Please always remember that essential oils are a natural product and, hence, may differ in appearance from time to time.

Upon receipt of the goods we will issue a full refund. When returning goods please remember to include your name, address and order number. We advise you to return the items using a delivery service which insures you for the value of the goods as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. We are only able to refund postage where the wrong goods have been sent in error or goods are faulty or in an unsatisfactory condition.
We will, but only if you would like us to. Just go to our contact us page and tick the "add my address to the mailing list" or add your comments in the the comment box in the checkout if you do and we will keep you up to date. We also do a gift reminder service - just email us those important dates and we will send you an email two weeks before.
I'd like to send the item to a different address. Can I do this?No problem, just complete the shipping details for the address you would like the items sent to and then complete your billing details in the payment information section. No reference to cost will be contained in the package.
