Shipping Cost £2.95 per order - Please note certain
items may be despatched separately, however, this does not affect your postage
costs.
Destination - Rest of the World - 8 -14 Working Days

Delviery Information
Deliveries are normally made within 3 to 5 working days of an order (but no liability will be accepted for late deliveries). Postage and packing is automatically added at the order stage and is cost per order regardless of amount of items ordered. All our products are securely packaged to reach you in perfect condition.
Orders placed during weekends and Bank Holidays will be accounted for on the next working day.
Deliveries at Work or Different Address
Delivering to a work address or an address that differs from the billing address is not a problem, simply complete the relevant section of our order form. The package will be sent to the specified address and the invoice will be sent to the billing address.
Customs and Excise
All the necessary documentation that is needed to ship goods overseas will be completed upon despatch, however, this is where our liability ends. Any customs or import duty, laws and regulations are the sole responsibility of the customer and any additional charges must be borne by the customer. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns and Refunds for Damaged Goods
Great care is taken to ensure your purchase reaches you in perfect condition. If for some reason the items appear to be damaged on arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt quoting the order number, your name and address, and reason for return, and send the items to us at the above address and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Every effort is made to ensure that our products are made to the highest standard. Please always remember that essential oils are a natural product and, hence, may differ in appearance from time to time.

Upon receipt of the goods we will issue a full refund. When returning goods please remember to include your name, address and order number. We advise you to return the items using a delivery service which insures you for the value of the goods as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. We are only able to refund postage where the wrong goods have been sent in error or goods are faulty or in an unsatisfactory condition.
